, I decided to go back and compare the initial flat-paint version of that line-art pic I submitted. I was going to just sketch, ink, flat and shade it then post it up. I'M GLAD I DIDN'T Just look at it? Ergh!
The sketch was made at the start of 2011. The rough paint 'n shade was done around April 2011, but between then I now, I kept getting urges to fix it up and improve it. And man, did I. Throughout the year I adjusted to the new workload at university and changes in my life, and that prolly put me in a state of mind that was 'okay' with the initial version.
I don't know what I was thinking when I thought "Yep, that's going up". Makes me kinds sad and mad at myself.
Comments, queries and critic very welcome :3

Added a in-between pic from around October 2011. The latest changes we're literally made in under a day.

Just try to remember, like I try to remember, you can still do it, if you just keep trying. It's hard for me to even start, that's the hardest part. The first few failures, every time, is the hardest part. We can move past it; we can do it if we just keep trying. I have to start trying again too. This is lovely by the way, tons of progress. Just think of what you could accomplish after a week with 3 or so hours each day with pencil on paper.
