Character Description
Strengths: Scarlet is very smart and cunning and can take advantage of someone with ease. Where she lacks in physical strength she makes up for in tactics. When times are tough, she can rely on her friends to give her strength as well.
Weaknesses: She's not the strongest fighter in the world, although she is pretty strong for female Saiyan standards. She's also not as physically strong as her male counterparts. She also has a weakness for Waffle's sexy body, though his stupidity can be a bit of a turn-off. And, like Waffle, she gets weak when grabbed by the tail.
Desires: Scarlet wants nothing more than to be able to explore the world and experience things that she was sheltered from when growing up. She also really wants her and Waffle to settle down and have a family, which Waffle is very much against.
Fears: She's afraid of letting everyone down during their missions or not being strong enough to protect them. She will occasionally have the fear of not being a good enough mate for Waffle considering her lack of experience.

Personality
Scarlet is kind of a mixed bag. She can be shy around people she doesn't know but at the same time could punch your face in if you piss her off. She's not as battle driven as Waffle but she does enjoy a good fight once in a while. She cares a lot for her friends and, of course, she cares a lot for Waffle. She worries about him a lot mostly because he can be too stubborn and dumb for his own good.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Scarlet loved hanging out with her little sister growing up and tends to miss her greatly. She enjoys hanging with her new friends and spending quality time with Waffle. She also acquired a love for Earth food, especially sushi.
Dislikes: Like most Saiyans she despises her tail being grabbed. She doesn't like rude or snobby people or people who generally think they are better than everyone.
Background/History
Bio: Way before Scarlet was born the Saiyans lived and ruled over Planet Vegeta. However, when the planet became over populated causing tension amongst themselves King Vegeta ordered about half of the Saiyans off to find a new planet to live to keep the population from plummeting. Scarlet's parents were part of the group that lived on this other planet, known as Gardenia, where her and her sister were born and raised. They were also fortunate to avoid Frieza's wrath as well as he forgot about the second "Planet Vegeta".
Scarlet lived a pretty carefree life with her parents and sister. She didn't go out on too many missions as most of the female Saiyans stayed behind and took care of things at the home. Even though she was fairly strong she was rather sheltered by her parents and after hearing what had happened to Planet Vegeta they didn't want her or her sister taking many risks. They would secretly train at night so their parents wouldn't find out.
Scarlet was “lucky” enough to grow up with Cumber, Gardenia’s Prince. He had a massive crush on her and would often try to court her and make her his Princess. She couldn’t stand him and would do everything she could to stay away from him. Of course, out of all the males on Planet Gardenia, Cumber was the only one that her parents were ok with her being with. To this day she finds Cumber obnoxious and refuses to give him the time of day.
Like Waffle she was one day teleported to Conton City and became part of the Time Patrol. She became roommates with Dwemple and she introduced her to Waffle and the others. Waffle pretty much fell for Scarlet right away but it took her a bit longer for her to warm up to him. She was not allowed to date back home so being around a male like that was a bit nerve racking. But she got over it after a while and now they are dating.
