Full REf/Original Here Say hello to Nesrin Savas, [it means Wild Rose War] one of the Hakallo race created by candykittycat. I received her as an anniversary gift, part of a matching pair for myself and my lovely lady firetally. Part of a pair matched with her boy Iskandar Savas, meaning Defender of man's war.
I can't wait to see what this pair gets up to. Iskandar is an assassin type of fighter, using his magics to enhance his speed while covering up his presence so that he can get in close and strike with a powerful blow.
Nesrin backs him up by being focused primarily on defensive ability and strength in order to keep the enemy focused on herself while he strikes with the opportunities that she presents to him.
They were knocked out of the standard continuity by some inexplicable magical event and wound up in another plane. While wondering across the new plane they met a caravan that was under attack when they arrived. Iskandar, though cold natured in battle, couldn't accept that the caravan was being overpowered by the brigands in such an unfair manner. He quickly talked Nesrin into helping him defend the caravan in order to make the fight proper and fair.
Knowing none of the language of the land, and having only arrived recently, the people took in these two strange saviors as one of their own. The hakallo refuges being given shelter, food, and teaching on their new surroundings. They soon learned a the language of the land, still baring an accent from their own world, as well as how the world around them worked. The pair even found themselves taken in by one of the widows of the caravan merchants, her own children having been taken from her when she was younger in one of the then frequent raids.
Over time, the caravan had prospered under the protection of their new bodyguards, soon becoming a merchants' guild that spread to cover the land. The two young warriors having honed their skills from their fundamental training, soon joined together in wedlock, and though the prosperity of their guild offers them a life of luxury if they wanted, they are still commonly seen taking a personal interest in the safety of their supply routes.
