Commander Feral's chief non-com, Sergeant Talon, is in many ways the model Enforcer. He's tough, he's intelligent, he says little and he does his job to the best of his abilities, and always backs up his superiors, the Ferals, 100%. But he doesn't get much fanart. Mostly because he's just sort of "there," even in episodes that actually feature him in a speaking role. So on a whim I decided to draw him blasting away with a laser rifle at Dark Kat's latest death machine in an attempt to muster his men forward to defend Megakat City.
