Kira is the result of a failed magical experiment, originally intended for the purpose of safely capturing specific targets.When the mage who created her died before she finished her first mission, she became locked in "capture" mode, and is occasionally magically compelled to eat certain individuals (these individuals seem to share certain criteria, but she has never been able to pinpoint exactly what those criteria are.)
Kira's "targets" are stored indefinitely in her belly. They are put in a sort of semi-stasis; they are still conscious, but they do not age, have to eat, or feel pain/discomfort. Because Kira never received the "release" order, she is unable to ever let any of them out. Kira's belly normally (this picture is the exception, as a joke) consists of "folded" space, larger on the inside than the outside: on the outside, her belly is always a slight visible bulge, and on the inside it is always exactly large enough to hold everyone in it, regardless of how many that is.
Kira herself is also magically sustained, and does not need to eat and digest normal food. She is also functionally immortal/unaging; in the setting she is from, she has been around for hundreds of years, slowly "collecting" people that entire time. She has gathered quite the collection, and this picture was a joke intended to show how large she would be if her belly were to become its "actual" size on the outside (though it's probably a bit exaggerated.)

thats kinda interesting, sort of sounds like kota, he has a dimensional pocket inside of him though his isnt with magic, its with science, he also has the ability to store prey away similarly though, he uses them for food..kota has also been around for a very long time.
