Here's a drawing of Lilshock's character Akula, albeit heavily reimagined. It might look pretty cool if I were able to construct characters properly and didn't have so much difficulty visualizing in a 3D space, but I worked with what I had, and this is what came out. It's likely that this is far as I'll go with this image until I'm feeling more confident about my craft.
Anyway, Akula is Dr. Mengele if he were a cockroach. Which he was figuratively speaking; I guess the artist just took him to his logical conclusion. Then added boobs. Hey, it's InkBunny... just go with it.
The rationale for Akula's emotionless sadism is that she was raped as a child. Ironically, my college professors surmised that the eagerness of psychologists like Sigmund Freud to dismiss rapes as childhood fantasies was how a nutty organization like the Nazis was able to gain so much traction in Germany. The reasoning seems far-fetched (I could have sworn that the Treaty of Versailles turning Germany into an economic sinkhole had more to do with Hitler's rise to power), but it certainly couldn't have helped.
