This Renamon has natural green eyes instead of the normal blue. However she wasn't always busty. She used a program to alter her digital matrix and make herself more human like, giving herself some human features and abilities, as well as giving herself some unique hair and an additional digit on her hands. Unfortunately this affected her in more ways than expected.
Digimon don't reproduce like humans, something she tried to add to her code without sanitizing or data validation. It caused some corruption due to new parameters that weren't normal for a Digimon, and it caused parts of her matrix to corrode and get broken down from overflows. Her tamer managed to stabilize her code, but it left her permanently altered, even the restoration data to revert her back was trashed.
She was stuck like that, having the physical and biological features of a woman, and parts of her body were corrupted badly enough that her digital matrix was exposed on her hand, hip, and side of her face. The corruption also rewrote some of her attack parameters, resulting in her ability to turn her Diamond Storm attack into a Diamond Sword. She is also stuck having to wear clothes, since the alterations made certain things exist and visible, and had to create a custom object in her code for clothing, hence why the corruption is over her shorts.
The biological issue also meant she had normal monthly issues, something she regrets from time to time, though her tamer does try to help.
The digital changes to her code changed her type Data to Virus.
