A violent storm has hit the city, and only this fighting force could possibly stop it. The streets are raging, and while they may not be dragons, they sure ain't turtles. Things are too crazy for even the toughest undercover cops to handle, so these raptors have a vendetta. Slashing their way through the night,they're all ready to punish the forces of evil. They've got an ax to grind, and they're feeling golden. They'll fight captains, commandos, ninjas, and maybe even a few batmen. Will these dinosaurs earn enough money to buy themselves some Cadillacs, or will this be their final fight?
