Frank and Plucky were both originally islanders, Frank was exclusive to e+ and both originally wore blue and red aloha shirts. I like having both of them in my town. Frank is grumpy and Plucky is peppy and talks about aliens a lot.

There really should be a ti leaf skirt accessory in the games. I'd totally wear one. Maybe you'll be able to craft one in the new island game. Frank doesn't wear pants, as it should be.
