Oh my gosh, that face is so precious! Those big, sad eyes! I just wanna give her the biggest hug! The little pink bow in her hair is a great little touch, too. Everything you draw has such a wonderful depth of feeling to it and this looks amazing!

In my case it's more that I like having a single central symbol, image, or similar thing, rather than an evenly distributed pattern, on panties. It could be a skull, a stylized cat or dog face, a spiral, anything that looks cool or cute or both. Ideally it should fit the personality of the wearer and/or the rest of the outfit.
