Full suit for tailszelin. He does have following eyes, done slightly differently from my usual style, as they have glasses lenses in them! :) He also has a moving jaw, and tons of hair!

I'd say the best place to get a LOT of good info it the fursuit livejournal community! :) also, matrices.net has a lot of really amazing and easy to follow tutorials! My preferred method is all foam, instead of plastic mesh or anything like that, because it's more durable, but there's a lot of different ways to do things, so it's hard to just give general tips. ^^; if you have specific questions, though, I'm glad to help!

Well, it depends on what you can do. The actual 'best' way to get a moving jaw is with a resin head, or at least a resin lower jaw. But the method I use is foam, as I don't have the set up to do resin. generally, I do something like this: http://matrices.net/balaclava.asp, and it works fairly well.
Taxidermy teeth, I've heard this place is good: http://www.vandykestaxidermy.com/, but that's not something I really do x: I sculpt all my own stuff, since I do toony work. Personally, for markings, I tend to be a little against air brushing, as it can wear off or fade over time, but it's good for like, spots and stuff. Most markings can be sewn in, and they tend to last a little longer.
