Neat! Don't see many left-handed cellists, let alone a five-string cello. Must be a custom build for a southpaw.
When I was at college, the school had a double bass with a metal body (probably aircraft-grade aluminum). It played good, sounded decent, ugly as hell, tough as a bulldozer. Weighed about that much, too. I signed that one out more than once... yes, I played a metal bass in the orchestra. ;-)
