As also posted at https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31755893/ I revamped the sprite for an otter character in my game. I only used the older sprites for color reference, and redrew it starting with the smallest version. Then I scaled it up and added details to it twice. So the largest one is the final iteration of that process. He's still a pup at the time of the game's story, but is already a lot bigger than the other two protagonists. I know I have yet to add significant shading.
