Here's Flo's 3 slash combo attack, with his dreaded scissor axe. He'll have other moves later, especially opening up and chomping down with the scissor blades. Perhaps he'll have other weapons as well. ^^
We'll see what works for him when I put him into the video game engine. I'll probably add some particle effects to the blade, with each slash he does. Either a glow or some fiery laser effect will emphasize the power of each swing.
The transition between the second and third hits seems a bit abrupt, I'd probably work on making all three hits transition smoothly into one flow- no pun intended. Other than that, it's very impressive! ^^

Yeah, I feel that too. Its difficult to decide whether to add more frames, or make sure that each action responds at the very instant you press the attack button. But maybe that transition could be smoother. I want it to look and play well.

I'm not sure that it's a matter of frames.... that scissor-axe looks rather large and heavy, and he's swinging it around like it's made of much lighter materials than whatever space-aged metal you decided it's made out of. Perhaps if you made it look like he was using the weight of the weapon to swing it back around instead of just man-handling it, that would work?

True ^^ We'll see if I have time to adjust things later. Maybe he'll have the same swinging animation for all melee weapons, or a different one for heavy weapons. I'll decide, when I start fine-tuning the game mechanics.
