I'm still looking for some comics or comic character/variant that held properly the purest style of the Dark ages of Comics books.

Dark, whatyamean dark. lol, jk. If you're thinking the same thing I am there was an issue that Image put out called "Darker Image" back in the 90's that had such gems as this: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/Z6TtkhMwMHA/maxresdefault.jpg Lobo rip offs, pouches, bloody swords...pure 90's awesome nonsense XD
