AIDS:
4 shots
Intramuscular injection (IM)
Directly into belly button.
Daily for two weeks. 56 shots total.
3.05mm needle (11 gauge), 4 inches long.
Four shots uses the following amounts of medicine.
Dyphypirin – 40 ml – 1st shot
Triamcaine – 40 ml – 2nd shot
Amoxifenide – 50 ml – 3rd shot
Specletra – 100 ml – 4th shot
Herpes:
2 shots, one in each butt check. Daily for two weeks. 28 shots total.

2.11mm needle (14 gauge), 2 inches long.
Two shots uses the following amounts of medicine.
Progevax – 20 ml – Left Butt Cheek.
Capsaxime – 20 ml – Right Butt Cheek.
Hepatitis:
2 shots, along spine. Daily for two weeks. 28 shots total.
Subcutaneously (Sub-Q) (The area between the skin and muscle)
1.07mm needle (19 gauge), 1 inch long.
Two shots uses the following amounts of medicine.
Isodizem – 10 ml – Upper shot (middle of back)
Abaretriptan – 15 ml – Lower shot (middle of back)
HIV:
2 shots, along spine. Daily for two weeks. 28 shots total.
Subcutaneously (Sub-Q) (The area between the skin and muscle)
1.07mm needle (19 gauge), 1 inch long.
Two shots uses the following amounts of medicine.
Oxynitol – 5 ml – Upper shot (lower back)
Alvevate – 20 ml – Lower shot (lower back)
Chlamydia:
Oral medicine. Daily for two weeks.
Gonorrhea:
Oral medicine. Daily for two weeks.
Rabies (Preventive Vaccination):
1 shots, either arm.
Subcutaneously (Sub-Q) (The area between the skin and muscle)
1.07mm needle (19 gauge), 1 inch long.
One shot uses the following amounts of medicine.
Vitraveset - 10 ml - either arm.
Rabies (Positive for):
No cure.
Euthanize humanely if under 18 years old. Over 18 years old acting nurse can euthanize how she sees fit depending on vaccination records.
Usually only seen when fur-adults or fur-parents do not vaccinate themselves or their pups and cubs. First Rabies shot should be given at 1 years old. Then once at 5 years old. Then once every 5 years until death.
If Rabies patient is under 18 years old, Police should be contacted along with CPS. Fill out medical sheet RB-348 completely and truthfully. Make two copies, one for the police and one for the CPS agent. Original goes into patient record file.
Police will attempt to arrest parents/guardian onsite. If necessary, lock unit down with the emergency lock-down button. This will shut all doors and lock them. This should not be deactivated until police have parents/guardian in custody. If this situation happens, the acting nurse must fill out form RB-ALM-172 completely. Ensure police have signed and dated the sheet. After the sheet is finished, lock-down can be disengaged by contacting security at Ext #8276, using code of the day.
Please note that police can and will shoot to kill if the patient and/or parents/guardian does not submit to arrest after five warnings.
Do NOT attempt to resuscitate. Fill out form RB-DTH-182 then contact morgue at Ext #2738.
