So, I've never been a big fan of Boom!Shadow. The only way to make his personality feel appealing was to... you guessed it...ship him with Sonic. Now, you may be thinking, "That makes no sense! They would be a terrible couple!” ...And you’d be right. Their relationship is purely physical. Sonic completely despises Shadow on a personal level but somehow found himself mixed up in a relationship and can’t (or doesn’t really want to?) find a way out. He does everything he can to keep it a secret from his friends, because he knows he would then be confronted with the reality of the situation. Shadow knows Sonic’s attraction to him is strong and is aware of Sonic’s desire for secrecy and uses this to his advantage whenever possible (because he couldn’t care less what everyone else thinks.) I thought of writing a fanfic about it, but I will probably only do so if people voice an interest.

I doubt I will color this, so I wrote all the info here. But if you guys like it, I might finish it. I just wanted to get the idea down.
Obviously, this is not a healthy relationship, and I am not pretending it is. So...people complaining this ship “couldn’t happen” can go away. This is about as realistic as a relationship between these two would be, imo. Not a perfect couple by any means. I thought it was an interesting situation to explore.
