The same blue ribbon Skylar gave her if I remember right. Also, good that Blake is such a good friend to Marci. I assume Marci really is her only friend, since Blake's adoptive family are rich trash who truly don't care about her. No wonder Blake gets herself in trouble with bad stuff, she wants to be as distant from her own family as possible. Though I assume her initial injuries was from escaping whatever her family was trying to do to her in the past. Marci is Blake's comfort friend, since she's so nice. Also, if I don't remember right the events that happened before the timeline split, forgive me, it's been freaking forever since I checked those pages, but I remember Skylar gave Marci the bow in the flashback sequence of the events before the beginning of the comic when Marci first met Skylar. And, I could be totally wrong about that too and he gave her it later than that, and I'm sorry if I remember it wrong...very sorry...
