Reminds me of a time where something similar to this happened to me. Walking home I was approaching the corner of a 4-way intersection - 2 streets, 2 ways per street. A car was going parallel to me on the street got into the intersection first as it was our green light. A mini van ate the red light and t-boned the car. in the middle of the intersection. It was carrying one of those added storage aerodymanic boxes bolted to its roof. That box ripped off from the bolts holding it down onto the roof and flew across the intersection at head level. It missed my head by mere inches and right through a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant window that was closed for the night. If I was a second or so faster, that thing would have taken off my head!
