"Slowly, and without her notice, I began to change the Sailor Scout of Death to match her plush audience. I couldn't really deny, even if I tried, to deny I didn't work from assumptions here. With her wearing dark colors, the first thing I thought of was the night and its own connections to death and the endless silence. That did however make me think of what use she could be to me. Instead of using a glaive and killing universes with each swing, I aimed for something more quiet and subtle, like using easily concealed weapons.
Slowly, Sailor Saturn was transforming into a bat, one of the most silent predators of the night, who glide through the night sky unseen. As her head was over taken without her knowledge, much of who she was and been was gently erased to make room for what she knew of her servitude to me, and all the talent and knowledge only an assassin would know; how to quietly find her target, get past any defense they have, and strike quickly and silently, escaping hours before anyone knew she had been there. So while I couldn't take the power of death from her, I'd simply alter how she used it.
Hours later, I came and broke up the conversation, the five maids all bowing to me. But as the newest raised her head, her eyes were devoid of any emotion or feeling, like a machine. "Master, how may Lorilei serve your greatness? Who is my mark?" When I gently explained I had not come with someone I wanted dead, the mechanical look changed, like a switch had been flipped, her eyes and face lighting up as cheerfully as any in my staff. "Oh, my apologies! I hope you're doing well today, Master!" I soon waved her off to go play before tending to her duties, to which she flew off giggling.
This left only one more of my attacking intruders to deal with..."
