For people with your talent in 2D art, I would love to see what you cam make in something like ZBrush.
If ZBrush's cost is too high, for it's a lot to get it, the all new fully remade Blender 2.8 (That I feel should have been called Blender 3.0) can do a lot of the same, in much the same way as ZBrush. But is completely free! ^.^
With your style and attention to detail, the brush like sculpting of a 3D model within the new Blender 2.8, I feel it could be an excellent fit for you, if you ever was to get into 3D.
The 2D advantage is, hand drawn fur such as this works good, and is hard to mimic in 3D. Plus, is easy to get just the right look one is going for, and re-edit at times.
The 3D advantage is, having to make a model once, and only having to repose it for each type of image you want the individual in. Plus, is also far more easy to animate, if one was ever to get into animations.
Damn! Dude. For people with your talent in 2D art, I would love to see what you cam make in somethi
