They are the same characters: Kaoru and Derek :P The comic doesn't really have a name. I just called it "The Christmas Comic" and the artist (Aogami) called it "Christmas Special". Either way, it's posted on my gallery :P

I grew up in central Louisiana, where the drinking age was pretty much a joke. :P I had had my first drink at twelve, at least, and I knew a number of other tweens who would drink fairly often as well at the time. By highschool there were even a few kids who could be considered alcoholics. x3

I have to laugh though. This pic caught my eye because my flagship story actually stars an alcoholic tween... and that's sort of one of my things. Not that I'd give a real kid booze. *Cough* At any rate, freakin' adorable, and I love the artwork you commish from Aoi as well. :3
