My talented fiancé created my character Sky to the best of his abilities (you can't create echidnas in the game, so we had to settle for a wolf). The hat was to cover the wolf's ears, and I drew it on Sky for the heck of it. XD
There's an echidna hair mod on GameBanana, though the standard long Knuckles hair doesn't sit flush... unless they updated it, I haven't checked in a while. XP
