Well it looks like Ripper Roo doesn't have his straitjacket on, and feels naked without it, but however, he'll be extremely dangerous without it, due to his claws and could set off explosives, and would completely lose control of himself.
Now Ripper Roo is shaved off his fur, and is completely bare. Still dangerous without a straitjacket though.
