Andy why on earth are you asking a kat if you should or shouldn't do that when you know whenever you open the door to let them out they'll be demanding you to let them in. Leave the door open for possibilities specifically for the kat to choose >;3

For my hand...first of all i think it depends if the big cats want to take it or not. And second i heal fast...but my blood is kind of corrosive...in fact the problem most of the time is for those who bite me...and some have told i taste horrible XD
And for the other part...¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i though a sphinx would know better what he want than other cats...guess i was wrong ^^ Then i'll do like with other cats...wait until it ask to be pet :D . I don't pay for the heaters anyway X3
