Did you know there is a series of Disney plushes out there called the "Big Feet" collection? I didn't either till some of my patrons showed me! And wow are they super fun! In fact some, like Marie here, even have big feet drawn stickers and pins too! So to me, huge pawed disney characters, it's totally canon!
