Figured it was about time I drew this guy (well, with his clothes on, anyway). It's Sergeant Talon, Commander Feral's right-hand man whenever Felina or Steel aren't around. For those curious, his name comes from the script and storyboards for the episode Destructive Nature (and, no, he isn't related to Talon the prison guard from Chaos in Crystal).
