Made this after watching one of my favorite Disney movies, I was really tempted to make a portrait of Ratigan in his royal attire. Ratigan's been one of my favorite villains/characters and yet I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've actually drawn a picture of him. "^^

Sounds cool. I will admit I imagined him having a kinky pairing with Basil as in showing him he likes them larger, or I'd imagine Basil in a kinky pairing with Mrs. Judson and she too shows Basil he likes larger ladies. But that's just me.
