I really liked doing the stripes on the pants c: Most of all, I enjoyed doing a more interesting pose, which is something I've been craving to do lately. I'm so tired of one character, full body, floating in an endless void. I want some motion, and some emotion, in my art!
I love traditional media... this is a great pic and I love the flow and story behind it, as well as the expression on her face <3 I bet the real picture pops brightly out at you, as I've never seen a scanner properly capture the highs and lows of color that I can only imagine it appears!

Thanks! Yeah, it's always hard to get the scanned picture to look like the real thing. I'm getting better at adjusting the colours in Photoshop to try and match it, but anything with really light tones just dies. Especially gray :/
