Okay, so this guy pranced through my dreams a few day ago and I just had to bring him to life. Plus I hadn't done any personal art for a while and wanted to do something for myself.
I think what had happened was, I was very sleepy when I saw halopromise 's Carnotaurus adopts, and the top one got stuck in my brain...
And when I was trying to name him, "Billy" kept getting stuck in my head, so I guess that just had to be his name. I literally couldn't think of anything else to name him.
In the dream were walking along a futuristic skyline suspension bridge. He's very friendly and playful and HUGE. His shoulder is the height of a standard refridgerator.

He's a Carnotaurus x Clydesdale hybrid.
He's silvery purple in color, with a long black tail, green eyes, white ankle tufts, and dark purple loop markings on his back with pale whiteish silver in the middle of each loop.
His body is covered in soft hair, but his head and neck as covered in smooth scales. The fade from scales to hair is barely noticeable.
He can roar and neigh.
He's a carnivore. . *
This took countless long hours and I'm tired now. Lol. I used the new painting technique I learned in the live draw sessions on Twiddla.
