This is the town of Yiffberry Hill, which is located a few miles south of the Screwtopia area. Some of the workers at Screwtopia (including a few who work at Screwtopia Towers) call this town home. Yiffberry Hill (and the surrounding area) is home to several large yiffberry farms.

9. The Shops on Main Street (several small local businesses operate here)
10. Grove County Government Building (Yiffberry Hill)
