After try and error... i finally manage to said i like the resut... sure it is not a perfect copy but it was never meant to be...
Derkeethus from Darkwater Crossing Mine is a NPC from Elder Scroll 5 Skyrim and candidate to be married by the player character... not really an awsome NPC but for me was love at 1st sight (specially cause he is essential in the game or inmortal if you wish)

in the unpatched version he is captured in the Dark Water Pass... (a falmer dungeon) you need to reach it comming from Fort amol... a taking the pat to iverstad straight foward there is a small walkway that will fade... inside dark water pass he will be locked in the cave.. you need to help him out... if already released he will live in Dark Water Crossing mine...

Oh I know how you get him out, and why he was there x3 I just found it humoring how, the door had a lever to open it on the inside of the prison, and he opted to stay there, still though, he was adorable ^^ and made for a lovely spouse~
