Prolog
Moving Day
Sierra Wave City a large cloud city set just along the border mountains of a Great Valley a deep valley cut by glaciers millions of years in the past
Once apian a time in the Magical land of Equestria War War never Changes but maybe some Ponies can with the roads they walk
The nights were growing warm spring was finally coming to Wave City the lights of a two story cloud home were burning bright in one of the rooms a young Unicorn Stallion was typing away at his Terminal
“Page its almost time we need to get going” I heard the voice of my brother’s wife Eris call up to me “yeah I’m almost done Eris just need to power up the relay’s so the fireworks will cover our Escape”
I say as my hooves dance over the keys hitting one last key as a diagram appeared on screen with “count down set Y/N” putting it on a cart
I hit the Y key and unplugged the terminal putting it on a cart and wheeling it out the front door and down a small path to what can only be described as a mega sized Dragon Fly 4 large tilt rotter wings sat
on top on the air craft as I got closer I saw the back ramp was down and Eris standing at the top taping her right for hoof
“Sorry Eris I’m here” she looks down at me as I walk up the ramp and she hugs me close “pleas Page don’t scare like that you and your brother are all the family I have left after you mom and dad” she trailed off
“I know Eris we won’t forget them even if the Enclave wants us to think that they traitors “ I say nuzzling Eris on the cheek “now come on sis let’s get out of here Rain’s waiting for us”
I say as the two of us head forward to the cockpit slipping into the left pilot’s seat as Eris took the f the cloudcopilots seat and closing the cargo bay ramp as I started up the engines all 4 hummed to life
and started to spin up to speed I look down at my pip-buck and see that it was almost time for the curfew portal to start
taping at a few keys on the center console turning off the cloud walking talisman as we took off into the air I pointed the flat noes of the air craft down at the valley and pushed the throttle forward
looking at the rear view camera I saw out home in flams it was hard to see it like that I loved out home but every memory we had was now at out new home in the Valley slipping off the edge of the cloud layer we went down low tell we made it to our new home
it sate just above a large meadow covered in fruit trees of all kinds and plenty of open space for farming but the thing that draw us to this place was the large junk yard that sate just down from the large two story home
as we got closer my cell phone chimed hitting a button on the console “hey Brother were almost home” I say as my brother chimed in
“Happy to see you two finally showed up come on inside Dinner is ready and Page it’s your favorite” I let out a happy whinny in the cockpit “you made moms Gumbo Rain Storm you’re the best Brother in the world”
later that night after Rain and Eris had gone to bed I sat at my terminal playing Mega Spell Missile Command when a beep as the games closed out and a chat window pop’s up on screen perplexed I hovered the curser over it and started typing
“Hello?” I type and a little pixel cartoon dragon icon comes up as the a new text was being typed by whoever it was on the other end of the chat window
“Hello Page Turner I’m happy to see that you and your family made it out of Wave City and……..i’m very sorry for what happened to your mother and father it…..it was my fault there were helping me “ I was sure that my jaw had to of hit my desk I read and reread the text a few times to make sure I had not read it wrong with shaky hooves I typed back “who are you and how did you know my mom and dad?”.
I waited watching the window after what felt like a life time whoever it was texted back “my names Watcher and your mom and dad were helping me find out about the Enclave’s Project Zero Dawn I got the files they sent me I still need to decrypt them but for now you and your family need to know how things work down on the surface
And the first thing you need to know is” there was a light knock on my window turning my head I was meet with the face of a…..Zombie Pegasus from what I was abel to see it had a gray coat and it’s gold eyes were kind of odd one was looking up and the other was looking down
going over and opening the window the cool night air hit my face it felt nice the Pegasus smiled at me holding up a chalk board it says “hello Mr. Page Turner I’m Ditzzy Doo your friendly Delivery Mare I was told to deliver these books to you I hope they help you”
At that she turned around and pulled a box from her saddle bags the box was stamped with “Absolutely Everything” I smiled up at her and took her chalk board and wort something on it and showed it to me “hope these book help you if you need anything just let me know”
she turned to leave “oh hold on um…..do you need anything water a soda or something to eat?” I say and she turns back and wrote on her board “got any muffin’s?” and I nod and hold out a blue berry muffin to her she lets out a cute little squeak and takes it in her hoof then looks at me and gives me and hugs me before she zips away into the night
Going back to my terminal I saw one last text “those book’s will help you Page I will stay in touch”
