I posted this elsewhere a while back & someone mentioned that it looked like a segment from vintage Sesame Street, so, let's pretend that it is.

So, this animated segment featuring a rather clueless Ralph would come onto the screen after a live-action segment of Sesame Street and he'd begin inflating his belly just like these 2 pics. It'd be simple & straight to the point. He'd inflate himself, then say " I'm big! " Then inflated himself even more and say " Now, I'm bigger! ".

I also like that he's not saying that his belly is big, but that he's big. Just sorta drives me bonkers.

Oh! And it would totally sound like a balloon being inflated too!With the creaking & latex stretching & the whole nine yards.
