Kye is a smart boy but because of him being an anthro he has barly any if not any rights he is the poster cub for anthro rights

Background/History
Kye was an innocent 9-year-old boy who was kidnapped by strangers and experimented on and turned into an anthro leopard and then sold. Kye wound up at a house of a woman who was a pro anthro rights activist and seeing that anthros were as smart as humans in every way and that most people would never accept an anthro back into their family if freed or if they escaped, she adopted Kye unofficially and took him to a home in a gated community in the woods where anthros have full human rights, even giving him a room and tried to make him feel as home as possible. The woman who took Kye in has a daughter no older then 6 and tends to be very bossy. She tends to use Kye in place of a baby doll since anthros are much smaller then humans by design, Kye’s physical body is that of a 4-year-old. Kye’s mind is more like a kid of 6 or 7-year-old since he lost most of his adult memories. Unlike how other anthros are treated Kye has his own room with a car themed toddler bed and a change table along with a training potty. Kye’s new body has an issue that is noted which is his bedwetting. Kye is diapered at night because of it. Kye is the poster cub for the anthro rights movement. By design Kye’s aging is different. Anthros grow a lot slower as they mature. An adult anthro is the height of an average 10-year-old. Kye also has an adopted sibling named Aroh and another human sibling who he gained from his adoption.

World/Setting
Kye's world is a futuristic setting where some humans turn other humans who are venerable or poor. the government is responcible for the anthros being created and taken in as pets despite them being as smart as humans
