Even though Tali's Dad was a Pedo who "victimized" her, she turned out rather happy and bubbly.
Her remarking a genuine and normal dad act like "when I get hurt, my daddy gives me kisses" shows there was/is genuine care and consideration for Tali, sex acts aside.
I'm wondering if after Tanya gets better, Tanya can even get along with Tali. Tali is such a girly-girl, and Tanya is just a tom-boy type. Girl culture clash. :3
