I tried to make my own design for Candy which basically mixes her 64 and current design. I tried to make her proportions more ape-like because her human proportions make her stand out way too much from the other Kongs, even the lady ones XD
I think my favorite design for her was the one used in Donkey Kong Country on the SNES. I always thought she looked cute, but like you said, she's always been way too different from the other kongs xD
