By 'ever expanding', I don't mean her boobs keep growing. I mean she keeps getting new implants, and getting her saline expanders overfilled till they can't take another cc, then getting another set of new implants.

This character is supposed to be outrageous, yet at least theoretically plausible. The biggest RL implants I know of are ~22,000cc, so 30,000 doesn't seem impossible with enough money to spend.
