some time ago. She's the head librarian of the city library where my cast-o-characters reside. Being an aquatic species, she tends to navigate via clear water filled tube-line systems that cover nearly all areas of the city. Very informative, she's always happy to help all folks in need of furthering their education in any way possible. And yes.....all of her reading material is guaranteed waterproof. Usage for all species!
