Both? Maybe you played it after the update~ I bought it when it came out and boy was the whole game a "Shoot the shaggy dog" story.

It's called "My lovely daughter" a Monster Girl raising sim (albeit a light version) but it's awfully dark (as in morality) and you play a huge dick.
Artstyle is pretty much exactly like Soul Centinel drew it, Black and White-ish with some colours as accent.
