Late birthday gift for wes13 I've been a fan of that dragoness i've been meaning to draw her for a looong while, then i realised it was the character owner's birthday and i thought it was the best opportunity for me to finally do it!
It's good to see someone else who shares the love for puffy dresses and keeps commissioning people with that theme, thank you so much for making those people (including me) to flood all the puffy dresses goodness all over the internet.
(I still have too many characters i want to draw but i either keep forgetting about it or i don't have the time, UGH...)
