Twilight had every reason to be upset with Pinkie because everything she went through was an accident and Pinkie's predictions didn't say where or when just that "it was going to happen". That doesn't help anyone at all. Twilight still ended up covered in bandages and wheelchair-bound because she didn't support the nonsensical idea that Pinkie Pie could predict the future (and she still can't).
