I knew that this joke is pretty hard for me to put into comics ; w ;
But it's the pull rope dance. It's where you're like do a lasso motion and 'caught' your dance partner. And they will act caught and come closer to you. It's a classic couple dance :D
Except that Eliza here is too strong that it become physical.
