Wispeon are thought of as solitude-loving and mysterious, due to their elusive nature in the wild and ghostly typing. But far from it. They are often in communication with the spirits that wander far from where they need to be, and are more than happy to lead you back on path with the soft glow and soothing ringing of their bell.

My idea of a ghost type~
Their name is Chime, for the record :3
Basically more of a cocker-spaniel vibe, turning to wisps and fog. I really wanted to include a spirit bell, and mixing it with a lantern felt like a natural choice~
This is one of my more fully original eeveelutions. I didn't take much stock on other's ideas for this one, though I enjoyed the ghostly gradient haha~
