Tsundere/ツンデレ generally is someone who can't express their feelings honestly and get hostile when confronted about it before overtime warming up to someone. Iirc correctly it is an portmanteau of the phrases ツンツン which means to turn away in disgust and デレデレ which means to become lovey dovey. Yandere/ヤンデレ generally is someone who is very loving and caring but is extremely possessive to the point of willing to kill other people. I think it is also a portmanteau of 病んでる meaning mentally ill and デレデレ.
