I haven't followed Naruto so I don't know much about the character, but it's best to remember that people work hard developing their characters, and comparing them to other characters kinda feels like you're telling them the time spent wasn't worth it because you think of an other character when seeing them. I'm sorry if this seems like an overreaction, but these characters (him and the rest of the cast of PtL) are very precious and important to me.

Just don't say it, unless someone asks. No one can stop you from thinking something, but it is 100% possible to keep the thought for yourself.
People have been creating characters since before any of us who are currently alive were even born, so we're all very much aware that nothing will ever be entirely original. It's impossible that a character will be 100% something new. Maybe the personality, the appearance, the fact that they like something, the name, etc... But when a character is created, its generally to be their own person.
So yeah. Content creators already know. So it's best not to mention it at all.
