This is a sequel image for a picture I drew a really long time ago where Silver was giving Sonic and Shadow a psychic wedgie from far off. Tails was capturing the whole thing on camera. Well, turns out the aftermath of that wasn't all too good for poor Silver. The other two hedgehogs quickly retaliated by teaming up and crushing his balls with a three-way hedgehog wedgie revenge hammock. You apply this wedgie by grabbing the sides of the victims underwear, yank it out of their pants, and suspend them like a hammock. Yanking the sides will induce exceeding harsh pain that'll make the victim see stars as depicted here.
They're still wearing the clothes they had back in the old picture which means Shadow's still got those panties on. I was pretty gung-ho about making him a fan of woman's underwear back then eh?
Also, I assume Tails is still there, video-taping away.
