After dusting himself off the frog extended his hand to Leonardo "Merci, I am most gracious for your assistance" he thanked them with a minor french accent. Leo shook the frogs hand. "We as well, but may I ask who you are? We did not expect to meet any other mutants in France" "Oh where are my manners? Agent Freddie as your service. I am no mutant, but I can understand why you might have assumed so. My current condition as a frog is due to a curse cast by my aunt in my youth" Leonardo nodded "I am Leonardo, the leader of our group" Leo pointed to the others and introduced them "we are following an old enemy of ours, Shredder, but it looks like he is not here." "I assume this mobile base is his?" the frog asked. "Yeah and still filled with the same old mass produced robots" Donatello poked a knocked out uniform wearing guard with the end of his bō "these guy are new though" "They are soldiers of SNAKE, an organization I am currently trying to take down. It is lead by my nefarious aunt." "then it is likely she and Shredder has teamed up" Leonardo concluded "It would indeed seem the case" Freddie agreed "perhaps we could craft an alliance to stand against our mutual foes?" "I agree. Do you have any clues where they might be right now? Our trail goes cold here" As Leonardo and Freddie discussed Michelangelo turned to Rafael "A secret agent! That is so cool" "And quite surprising" Donatello added "I did not think any government would have a non-human as one of their top agents" Rafael huffed "I am just glad to have a government agent on our side this time"
A crossover of an old cartoon series and a lesser known cartoon film that my childhood self might actually have killed for. There are many ways that the fictitious film could do it, though if I had to write the script I would have the turtles follow Shredder to France and bump into Freddie while they are exploring in the technodrome to find out what ol' shredhead is up to :3
