I don't really have a name or story for this character, all I do know is when I made him, I wanted to have a robot character that had some minor features of an Airplane, such as his chest having the planes propeller and two small machine guns. on his arms are two more machine guns and on his back he has the plane wings and the planes tail, but it's folded down.
Now I'll admit I may have been thinking of Transformers at the time I created this character however, he's not a Transformer. Let's say he was in that universe, he wouldn't be a transformer, but he would be another mechanical life form that began mimicking some aspects of the transformers to better protect himself but he still can't transform.
