Kingston unleashing his new power which releases very strong statics covering him to destroy all his clothes during his super transformation, but it also electrocutes him, maybe he powered up too strong or too much because it's hard to control for him. Even he is getting use to it, he doesn't do it all the time unless necessary because it very hurts (it hurts more when he is naked) and he can be tired easily after he turned back to normal.
